Commercial License Proposal — OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED

This document is a non-final sample license, supplied to help the SellOnBay seller set clear commercial terms. It does not grant any rights until the seller approves and issues an operative license with the sale.

Suggested terms to review:

• Buyer may customize source code and visual assets for one owned or commissioned end website per license.
• Buyer may use their customized finished website commercially.
• Buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or upload the original template source code as a competing standalone theme or code package.
• The seller retains authorship of the original theme source and graphics, except for buyer-created contributions.
• Templates are provided as-is without guaranteed business results, teaching outcomes or third-party service availability, subject to applicable consumer law.
• Support and updates, if any, must match the actual product listing.

Any marketing claims, jurisdictions, refund rules and other consumer rights should be reviewed with professional legal advice prior to publication.
